Member of the AQTA

Drummondville airport is a member of the Association québécoise du transport aérien (AQTA), a non‑profit organization whose mission is to serve and develop the air transport industry.

Our AQTA membership keeps us constantly on the lookout for the latest news and regulations in effect or coming from Transport Canada and NAV Canada.

This association, highly respected by the Canadian aviation industry, provides us with many opportunities and contacts regarding our market. In addition, it represents us, judiciously defends our rights and gives us a wealth of information and advice in the fields of aviation regulations, relations with Transport Canada and the Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility, taxation, the Canada Labour Code, the Canadian Transportation Agency and many others.

As a member of the AQTA, we also have access to various activities, including an annual convention that brings together hundreds of people to discuss current issues and policies affecting our industry and to participate in workshops, meetings and technical presentations. A yearly networking day is also part of the program. Moreover, we enjoy preferential rates for advertising in Air magazine and a host of other benefits relating to the airline community.
